When I look at the diet and fitness industry and social media (especially Instagram), I’m seeing more and more and more of two extremes.
I believe both started with good intentions, but now they’ve both gone a bit too far. Neither is helpful, because neither approach to weight loss and fitness will lead to long-term positive changes with your body and overall health.
So are you fat or beautiful or lazy or strong?
