Weight Loss Is Simple

Weight loss seems so confusing with endless options and varieties. It leaves you wondering what in the world is the right choice? What in the world is right FOR ME??

It’s hard to commit to anything because you don’t know what to commit to! God forbid you waste your time and energy by committing to the wrong thing.

Believe it or not, weight loss really doesn’t have to be that complicated. In actuality, it all comes down to three things. In today’s episode, I share those three things (the 3 B's) and we dig a little deeper into why we believe it is complicated and confusing and so dang hard.
